So will he be able to drag race on Saturday? Will there be any racing on Sat? Thanks,

Good to hear! Any directions on how to get there? Is it on the old Bitburg Air Base?

Thanks,
Mav

Yes. If you can see the tower, that's where you want to go to ... where right on the airfield ...

Thanks Garry. Thanks very much. What are the fees? To watch and run?

I'll be there Saturday and Sunday. I may make it late Friday for a couple of runs.

We got a truck with PA system this time (give it a try and see how it works) and for cooler mornings and evenings I got a tent with some
heater for warming up now, Breakfast and BBQ will be provided to decent prices and ...
what else do you want? I ordered good weather for racing.
In case of slightly wet and can not operate the dragstrip - the Slalom is open for sure for everybody with street tires and we can also race on the round course with some timing.

It seems I heard that there is going to be entertainment in the evenings again. Is this going to happen? I think it would be fun, providing enough people show up. I fear the weather is not going to cooperate, but i'll keep my fingers crossed.

Na... there was a few wet shirts. Not voluntarely, but some got wet later on at night  you just had to stay out at the party side long enough - which you didn't garry.

yes if there is enough people interested -
Beer is available at the tent from end of races (1800 h) on,
tent is heated, Music no problem...
we can have some party-fun - or at least a FBE-Members meet
in an adequate racing-background

Well - some people had a day's work ahead of them ... guess you (and the drivers) wouldn't have been to happy to get their time slips with wrong car numbers .... ;)
