I priced them at the Wurzburg PX while I was there last night. If nothing else, I still have a couple buddies down in Iraq. There is a sew shop there that does anything you want. Give me the design that you want and I'll sent it down there and get someone to give me price ranges then pass the contact on before I leave for the states.

Like I posted in "Say Whatever", I'd be willing to do shirts. Would love to sport FBE at AZLS1 and AZFBA meetings and get togethers.
I actually have a friend here that does siklscreening and I'm pretty sure he'd be willing to do something for you guys if you wanted. Granted, it's over here in the states, but I know something could be arranged.

I also think that some small stickers for a windshield would be cool. Nothing flashy, just the F-Body Europe square.
If a NOS sticker can net you 5 ponies, this has got to be worth... oh nevermind

Do you have some kind of product name? I tried searching different places, but only came up with either low cost junk that isn't going to do anything decent, or stuff so expensive it wouldn't be affordable ...

I'll check this weekend and get more info on the machines and brands.

I talked to the t-shirt shop on Ramstein last wk and inquired about shirts logos' etc. I've got the orignal FBE sticker and I'm gonna have them make a print of it and put on a shirt along w/ my board name and pic of my car etc. One shirt and the quality is excellent 29 bucks. They said if I order 20 the shirts minus the pick of the car would be in the range of 16-25 bucks. I'm gonna look for the old post w/ the fbe logo's and print a color version of the one I'm talking about and have it done. IF it turns out already we got a source right here.

Hm ... at $25 a piece, I think we could probably go with a selfmade stitched version, which at least won't wash out after a couple times ... Jason is going to get some more infos on the machine to me ...

OK, seems like I'll have a machine standing around pretty soon ... tnx to Jason for pointing me towards Brother ... found a good deal through ebay, new machine with warranty ... just got to get my hands on a card programmer (one on ebay right now, I'll know in a week; otherwise, through a shop for more €€€ ).
Anyway ... will still need to find out what it will actually cost in material (yarn, underlay material, etc.), but I recon somebody can go out and check on some T- or sweatshirts ... still need to decide on colors and so, but apart from that ...
Next question is the logo part - which logo do we want, the one we've had for some two years (see below), or something different? Also need to see how well it looks on the embroidery, need to reduce colors to some 4 or 5, otherwise it's a PITA to do the shirts, changing yarn every couple minutes ...

Garry, would you like donations? I know that stuff can't be cheap. I'm sure if you ask around, people will chip in.

D@mn, what am I getting myself into here? Just played around with the design software ... looks like it's not "take a pic, load it, stitch it" ... the computer generated design of the logo looks like a POS, unrecognisable ... OK, at 3x3in I recon the letters won't be that legigble, but the preview looked awful ... so it's manual design ... I recon that's why the professional commercial stitch cartrdiges go for some 100-150€ for a couple designs ... oh well ...
Anyway, I recon we will have to go with a dark material, like black or dark blue, otherwise I believe the embroidery will be too thick for the thin t-shirt fabric ...

Well, at the moment I have used 7 colors, screen preview doesn't look too bad ...Once I'm through, I'll post a preview ... hopefully I'll have the machine and cardreader by sometime next week or so, so hopefully by CHristmas I should have the first real preview ...

Well, what do you think?
I'm not too happy with the fire yet, but probably need to wait how the first sample comes out ...

Yeah, that fire needs help. What about the FBE square? That should be simple and look pretty good. We need to make some different designs. The possibilities with this are nedless. We could take over the world!
Or at least make the ricers feel bad.
