My friend had his computer mouse chromed - would need to ask if the place does rims too ...

Doesn't sound too bad ... but then, powder-coating doesn't necessarily mean they chrome as well ...
My friend is checking into it, too ... will let you know as soon as I hear anything ...

one of them is nah i will keep them i got them at good price besides it isn your fault they were not like that when i got them maybe the wheel vcleaner i used messed them up

Hmmm, you must show him the stuff. It is important, if it is everything cleen, or if somephing have rust?
I can ask him, what he think and how long he need (first for rims).
