Anyone know how to do this? I installed my gauges last year, but the needles are all screwed up.. Does Aafes do this? I'd really love to have functioning gauges.

Jack if you got Atap or ls1 edit. u can use that to get your needles close on the all the guages . Just leave the plastic off and hook the connector back in the guage cluster. Bring engine to op temp and set the your temp , bring up voltage , tach and what ever else and readjust the needles as close to the values as possible. for the speedo put the back axle on jackstands , and use yor cruise control and edit to monitor your speed and then adjust your needle.
It worked for a couple of friends over here .

How can I do that with LS1Edit? I'd love to know.

jack u wil have to move the needles manually , but Iam under the impression that edit will let u see all your vehicle vitals on your laptop. I may be mistaken, I know Atap does .

Unfortunately, I don't believe it does. It only allows you to change most parameters.

No offense, but I don't want someone to eyeball them. I want them to be dead-on accurate!
