Anyone in K-town have a fuel pressure gauge? I need to adjust it, and the auto hobby shops dont have em. Actually Kapuan has on thats measured in bars, but it doesnt have the right fittings. Can anyone help me out?

Greg If i Remember right your system like all 3rd Gens incorporates a schrader valve in the FI system. I believe I am correct . If not just disregard. You can use a tire presure guage in a pinch. Jsit wrap a rag around the valve area to catch any fuel spillage. It worked for me. They do make screw on tire guages also but apush on works.

If your talking about the fitting thats on the fuel rail next to the fuel press. regulator, thats it, but a tire press. gauge seems way to small. The fitting looks more like its 3/8 or 7/16 in diameter. Would a tire press gauge be accurat? I imagine it would not be as exact as I would like, since you would have to wrap a rag around it and dont have all the pressure going into the gauge... anyways, Ill try it after work and see what happens...

If it is a good quality guage there is no leakage. the rag is fro when you disconnect because the fuel is under pressure for a little bit when you shut the engine off.
