Do you have any idea how much postage a package with a weight of either ~35kg or ~20kg to Germany might cost?

FWIW, I was quoted some 80+ pounds by the company for mailing the parts (35kg) ... at some 800pounds I might be spending with them, it's "only" 10% additional cost, but ...

Sorry for the delay getting back. Th epost office only ship upto 15kg and that was £40. Mot much use. Have you tried searching for DHL or even UPS???

Well, I guess I can take the place's offer then - for a 40+kg package they quoted me some 80+ pounds (how fitting ;) ) of postage ... I'll know next monday if I order it there, or get the parts here in Germany ... thanks for you help none the less!
