I have a friend that wants to buy a hydraulic pipe bender. Does anyone know of one for sale?

How about Harbor Freight Tools? It's http://www.harborfreight.com here's a link http://order.harborfreight.com/EasyAsk/ ... PST%202004
Shipping won't be cheap unless they offer free ground shipping to APOs...

Don't blame you. If you want to be ghetto, you could get a bottle jack, some bar steel and tubing, and some old rims and weld one up. The rims might have to come of of something smaller than a car to get the desired "curve".

I know a shop nearby Landstuhl (A62 Landstuhl Autobahncross keep going straight towards Pirmasens, 2nd exit) selling ALL kinds of tools and machinery... do not know prices though, would have to check first.
But I am sure you'll find it there.

Thanks for the help. I will tell my friend and let him decide what he wants to do. What type of shop is it(Industrial or Automotive)?
