Finally!
I wound my lazy ass to the garage tonight, whipped away the car cover, removed all the oily rags from the engine bay, poured some fluids in, reassembled the whole thing and slapped in a freshly charged bettery. Set off the alarm. Darn thing. 2 Minutes later i was sitting in those nice bucket seats with my a$$ mere inches above ground.....
Turn the key one...
Lights, camera...
Turn twice...
Two spins of alternator...
BRRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAARRRR
Felt like a f**king orgasm to feel that rumble from hell after months of driving around a beat up 3.1 Chevy Lumina APV.
Just spent 3 hours cruising all around Munich and driving the new oil in.
GOD I AM ALIVE. PRAISED BE GM FOR PRODUCING THOSE DIVINE ITEMS OF MEN´S JOY. AND DAMNED THEY BE IF THEY DO NOT REVIVE IT!
Yes i love that car. Oh and Bruce - it´s polished
The Beretta is next, need TuEV though.
See you all soon hopefully.
Dino

Can't wait myself to crank my Toy as well. The feeling of ungodly torque at our disposal is the greatest!

With the Zaino I'm using on mine, the wax the car wash is using would mess it all up ... anyway, definitely better than running dirty ...

Which do you mean Roy? I always drive to Mr Wash in Wiesbaden because of the textile automatic car wash...?!

Sorry, I should of been a little clearer in what I said. She washes it by hand with the hand sprayer. She knows better than to run it through the auto washers!! Trust me I am happy that at least she washes it.

AFAIK, it uses some kind of wax all of the time - at least the ones I've seen/used ... also, the soap would cut through the Zaino layers ...
Oh well, I just stick to hand-washing the 'vert ... at least that way I know when and where I get the new stone chips
