I put my wifes nylons over each filter cone to keep the bugs out works great. BTW I cut all that junk out I can see the filters if i bend over and look through. I keep a role of duct tape inside the car just in case it rains really hard presto intant water blockage. BTW you will gain if anything and it sounds better than the wisper @ WOT. I can hear the valves cutting the air for each cylinder sounds like a V8 vacum cleaner.

OK, e-mail me your address again but it will bedifficult as it's not a simple piece. There's an angled ramp and a ridge that you have to transfer the radiator rubber grips into as it also supports the top part of the radiator.

I fear my sketch will be pretty dire and it may be a lot of effort for nothing.

@ LuS1fer

I know, that´s a difficult part, so I think to build something like that ...
Image

One big metal shield to block the hot air, then 4 little stripes to the top and 2 longer stripes for the top to mount it ontop.

What do you think, could it work????

My email adress is convertible@bandit-online.de , if you would want to fax something, take the +49 2324 947442
