Hey dude, where did you order your rearend stuff from? I read the article in CHP about beefing up a 10 bolt, and I think it will more than be adequate for my needs. It will also save me about $1500-2000. The only reason I'm having problems with my rear now is that I left the LCAs like I did, without being properly seated. I really don't see a need to replace the whole thing right now with the amount of power I'm running.

Axles and gears from Moser. Diff (Torsen, new, not take-off) from Ebay, 2nd new Torsen diff minus "paddle" from Ebay (actually the first one ordered), and the install kit (bearings/shims) came either from Moser or Summit. The diff cover/girdle (which is installed) came from Summit. The "extra" axle assembly came from some lying A-hole up near Berlin. Said that the car that it came out was not in an accident and the panhard bar was bent by a forklift moving it around. After installing the "replacement" rear, the rear brakes would not work. (car was on jackstands) Took a good look at the rims and they were "wobbling". (bent axles) Had to re-use the axles that were in my "blown up" rear to get the car driveable again. Parts cost about 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of a new rear minus labor.
Don't know if I'll be installing the parts or not (want to but...) as I'll be leaving for Ft. Jackson this June after 10 years in Germany.

I live near Wurzburg, if it's closer, I have a friend up near Kulmbach that can hold on to it for a while.
