Dude, i hope for all women´s sake in Germany that not all parts on you are as oversized as your images :)

Just joking. Looks great.

REMINDER: DO NOT USE INTRAXX 2" LOWERING SPRINGS ON T-TOP CARS WITH STOCK SHOCKS. LEARNED IT THE HARD WAY...

An Eibach 1,25 drop should do nicely.

:o Great car & pic. As a GM employee, I know you guys love the F Bodies, but what do the locals think of them? Do they consider them as equals to their performance cars and do they find them desirable? Just wondering and would appreciate some feedback. Tom

3whiterag,
I'm not sure about being considered equal to theirs but they really think twice when shifting from 5th to 6th at 150MPH. The look is priceless. Always getting stares and questions about PS & top speed. I enjoy it, most of the time they want to see the engine 8)

@3whiterag:

I´m a native german :D and i can tell you: It´s almost done if you get behind the first gas mileage question...

Most friends think i´m crazy because of my (cheap buyed) camaro. It´s my third f-body and all the time it´s like: What´s that good for, your crazy, keeping that monster alive (repairs, maintenance), lot´s of money, no parking lots fit...

But it´s fun. I like cruising the hills, the acceleration (no laugh´s please-it´s not really modded) is fun, i think lots of bang for the buck, the kids like cruising without the tops.

Ups compared to several german cars i drove (all brands and types from Kadett to Porsche):
- Great Engine, good acceleration, kills anything weaker than 130 hp in small cars and 200 in bigger cars. Okay, with a little luck...
- Lotsa stuff for cheap money (only the crazy ones buy those cars, so theyre cheap)
- T-Tops are better than convertible if you don´t have a garage

Downs:
- You can´t drive fast (with stock-parts) and still feel secure (140 km/h max. braking with 200 km/h is deadly)
- No handling (with stock-parts)
- Badly manufactured (compared to MB/VW/BMW)
- Intensive maintenance (parts must be changed more frequently)
- Expensive maintenance (if you can´t do it yourself)
- not very daily usable - storage, size (ok, 911 is the same)
- Everybody think´s your crazy or a pimp

Flame on !

Really big pic. So when do you think you'll have it lowered?

Who said something about intrax and T-tops? You lost me on that one.....care to clarify? Thanks!
