I for one have been trying to stir up some interest. Mainly just posting stuff that I think will spark interest in some of the members..

Garrr it's a fact spring/summer bring the people out or should I say the racing season. It has to be more than that though don't you think? However sometimes I guess we just gotta take what we can get I suppose.

Lets hope so. I prefer that than racing all the time actually. Breaking parts gets expensive quick.:D As some of us know.

Don't feel bad, my '96 has under 45k miles. Half of which were put on in the first year and a half. Other than it being parked winters, what does that tell you?
BTW, I'm finally driving it again. :D

I'm barely over 40k km on my 98 ... it had about 22k when I bought it in '01 ... I think Silke put more on her Nissan in half a year ... ;)

Hell, I got over 100,000 on my 1996. Still running pretty strong. But as soon as I start modding it at all, I know I'll spin something.

Time for a rebuild!

Garry, yours is never broke. That is the point! I only have 36K on mine, for the same reasons as you SSZ28. :(

Never broke - not quite, but I can still drive it ... the alarm is acting up, the courtesy lights are always on (pulled the fuse, but now the central locking doesn't work either; could be a problem with the alarm, too), and the power to the seats and rear defogger have a short ...

OK, compared to your problems they're minor ...

Umm yeah, I wish those were my only problems. I understand though, they're still problems! :)

Picture having a car 7 yrs. Bought it w/ 29K on the clock and now has a measly corrected 64K on it. Got here in 2K w/ 63K on the odometer and 2 rebuilt engines in that 4 yrs. Current rebuilt has less than 90 miles on it.

That's not enjoying a car by any stretch of the imagination. The minute you start diggin into the blk is when the problems seem to surface. Well at least some of us. Jack, Bruce, JC, Ryan, and Dave. The others have been lucky.
