It says 'largest mobile electronic show' on the website,
so you may get all car sound but not many cars...

Oh there are all kinds of cars with lots of "car sound" related mods done... quite interesting... they also have a lowrider show and "dB drag racing".

With german TÃœV, all that's left to "drag" on german cars is the stereo ... at least that's possible without requiring permissions ...

not all correct, there is some about you got to pay attention to your surrounding while operating a vehicle - not sure about the details though

Well, that's when driving the car ... anyway, I don't see how some of the drivers can even notice anything ... even with the windows up, they must be well beyond the permitted noise levels ... 
Oh well, I recon they must not notice themselves anymore, being halfways deaf...

Jack I can read German. Well some of it. I knew it was a car sound off that was obvious. I was just being funny.
