It's nice to be able to drive it and hear it. I would LOVE to race it, but I just don't want to throw all that money around fixing it. Maybe one day after I have a house and a garage! ;)

John, 2fastforyou on the MM forum says he's convinced you to race him. That true?

There ain't no way I'm gonna miss this. I'll go for Fri and Sat, but I have duty Sun. What a bummer. A banner would be a great idea. I'm bringin the BarBque grill and plenty of beer, I'll probably only race one day and enjoy the other.

If you folks get bored from all the german Rice, how about a scenery cruise through the Rhön on Sunday if the weather is good?

Yep, but the Coburg-Convoy will drive up straight north to Eisenach, just using Land- and Bundesstraße, way shorter for us than using any autobahn (thank god we live in the middle of nowhere... ).

BTW: Good news on the banner, looks like i get a 3m x 1m made just in time :D Just need to find a way to mount it somewhere.

Not sure yet, have to talk to the others! What would be a good meeting point for you and at what time did you plan to leave?

Good meeting point would probably be somewhere in or around Coburg, don't know the area, so you might know a good spot.... I was thinking about leaving friday evening.

Thanks Jack :D ... didn't seem too fast sometimes :D especially when being in front leaning rest position  ...yup, I have a first guaranteed duty station in my contract.... first thing i learned before joining is to have everything written down in your contract, otherwise you get screwed by your recruiter too easily.... and I saw a lot of people getting screwed.
