That's the infamous spray tint. Left one appears to be darker but I'm not sure I haven't put it out in the light yet. The right one has some small bubbles but nothing serious. Did a better job than I anticipated.

Didn't even think about inspection. DOH! I'll see if it'll pass I won't say nothing and let them bring it to my attention. Worse case I'd just have to borrow someone's for the inspection. :D
