After the "Bitburg Experience", I'm kinda hooked ... Roy, or anybody, what are the places/times for some AutoX? I know the one coming up next weekend (when I'll be in Hockenheim), are there any other dates/times/places in the near future? Not that I'd be a competition for the regulars, but heck, that little boring slalom there was fun already ... :)
Guess we should get AutoX on the event list for Tony's drag weekend ... a little less emphasis on the HP (well, torque comes in handy ...), but a lot more on the driver's precision ... (still can't wait for the results from Bitburg ... too bad they didn't put the type of car with the lists ...)

George
I wll probably be there around 8am on Sunday . It is always good to be there early to get your number and to empty out your car of all the junk that will fly around in there. also bring 50 DM for entry and water and a bite to eat. Oh yeah don't forget the sun block . Also if you donot have a helmet they do hve xtras there that you can use...

Anybody else wanna come out there and try it on the 19th of august?

Hi George,
Welcome to the world of cone racers. You and your friends are very welcome
to come and play with us at the PCA. Safety regs are: only one car on the
track at any time, and the driver must wear a helmet (we have some loaners if you
do not have a helmet). Cost is DM50 / $25 per driver. Spectators are free.
We throw in some food (coffee, cake, bread, soup)for free. Be at Sembach
airfield on Sunday at 09h30
What it's all about? We build a course that you have to run against the
clock. There are a 2 second penalty per cone knocked down. Speed is fast, but not
so fast that you can get into trouble and damage your car (virtually
impossible, unless you run off the airfield and keep goin till you find a fence
somewhere far away). We regularly have a few Corvette/Camaro boys run with us, so
you will propably be not alone.
Hope to see you on Sunday.
Regards
Stef

I will be there
