I dont know if any of you follow the mighty mustangs site.
but there are alot of "hopefools", 1 trying to beat me ,2 then
they are trying to get 13's and 14's / and then there is some
mach 1 that thinks he has a shot at me because i beat up on him
last bitburg. well let me spell it out .if by some chance they can beat
me after my new mods, then they have to beat nxz28 and good luck there
then they have hawk and have even more fun trrrryinng to beat him
so once i complete my account on mighty site i will post this same thing.
but just in case any mustangs want some .my best last month before mods was a 12.75 at 110.02 before new mods so,

happy hunting for my tail lights mustangs.
(nick disregard this post)

Well, Hawk might be any easy target two weeks from now with the blown piston ... hope he will even be there ...

damn hawk, just how many people do you have driving your car? Seems like everybody talks about your car like they drive it?

If there isnt but 1 or 2 cars that can lay any smack down, that is a problem of its own as I see it.

C'mon people drive/talk your own damn cars.

Linda and NX have driven it before it was damaged. Right now it is in pre OP. Tommarrow it is going under the wrench for a motor transplant. Still working on the combination but just about got it locked in.

@robh/mustang guy i assume.

i dont think that at anytime i said anything about me driveing
hawks car, and i was talking about my car. the other two cars were
listed due to the fact that, there are a select few mustangs that can bet
me but they never seem to show up at bitburg. i dont care if you run
11's or whatever, i am not scared to run you ,so what if i lose to the
very few fast mustangs, that are OVER HERE that are actually fast. there day of takeing a loss is comeing. that is what the break in raceing season is for. its like a chain you beat one, you race the next fastest car. makes sense right.

by the way i have only had my car 4 1/2 months and i have no plans
to stop making the SS CAMARO faster every month.

if anything i hope this promps more mustangs to show up and prove it!!!

as for the mach one looking for me/ study my plate so you know what it looks like when i am driveing away from you

Hehe, is love this, but y'all might be in for a shock once you return to the states, and the mustang's aren't all a bunch of slow cars.

SS-BEGINNER its very easy to see you just started.

Mustang guy? hrmm, yeah your probably right. But if my car runs 11's at anytime its going to find itself being made into pepsi cans.

BTW I havent sold my Z yet so dont be so quick to talk when you only have 1% of the facts

Be careful. There are a few that you most of us can't touch.

Remember, no matter how good (fast) you are, there is always someone out there better (faster).

It just sucks right now cause everyone is faster than me.

ohh well guess it dont matter cause you are in the US right.
and since i only have 1% of the info why dont you enlighten me on your
pepsi can called a mustang. i only replied that way because of the chit
you seamed to be talking about driveing bruces car so whatever.

like daddy said there will always be someone faster just like im sure there
is someone faster then your mustang or camaro or whatever you drive.
but the amount that is faster then me will continue to lessen every
month i have nothing stopping my race funds. so time will tell
hope to see you at a track sometime in the future.

Nick- some of us are not as stuck on our cars as him. We all go through it-regardless of what you drive though. You get it, and you think it's the fastest thing around, and then one day you get b!tch slapped, and wake up to realize that you are just a peon in the grand scheme of things. :) It will pass eventually.

I just have a Z28 like everyone else. Couple of bolt ons.

I sat down and did the math, and what it would cost me to be competive on the track was more than it would cost me to build a whole new car. Armed with that I bought a roller that already had a complete suspension/cage.

Right now I'm building a Yates headed monster based around a R351 block (think Dart for comparison) that along with a small squeeze of nitrous should be good for 8.50's without leaning on it. I'm gone forever from the street driven hotrods. I had to make a choice, and I choose racing.

It is no way shape or form a street car, and will never be licensed/registered. Atleast it better not or i'm in trouble because that was the line I layed on my wife so she would approve my new F150.

...as far as the line about Hawk, I just find it humorous how alot of people live/drive vicariously through him. No offense, and I appoligize if taken the wrong way.

Rob

Ok just was not sure were your loyalty was but
i understand were you are comeing from now.

good luck with the 8.50

i will be parking mine as well
it is hard to daily drive and race it
so it will get parked and get faster
that way.

I will stick with my Camaro. By the time I get back to the States, more and more LS1 powered cars are getting into the 8's on a smaller budget. R&D is flying. The new LS2 block is now available at the dealership for $1000. You can make you own all aluminum 408 cu. I also have a bad habit of driving my race cars on the street. Drove a 78 Cutlass drag car from Colorado to Tennesse with 4.10 gears. It ONLY took me 3 days to get there with a car that would get hot anywhere above 50 mph. Broke a rocker arm in St. Louis at about 1:00 am. I had to pull over in a parking lot with one street light and change it while I was getting harassed by the local community. Locked up the fan clutch and one of the ignition wires burned on the header. I had to run a hot wire from the alternator to the distributor and the only way to shut the car off was to reach through the hood scoop and pull the wire off the alternator. Man those were the days!

I know I just confused some people. I am at Hawks house helping put in the new engine and I posted the above reply logged in as Hawk. Stupid Computer!
