If you do something dumb enough, they will. I've seen it firsthand. I'm an MP, and we've worked right beside Polizei many times. They are not afraid to use their clubs either. If you are dumb enough to speed to the point where you put others' lives at risk, you deserve to spend a night or two in jail. :)

Jack, videotaping your laps hasn't been a problem until 2003. They restricted it because of some filmed accidents that were published and they don't want that (at least that's the official or "known" explanation)...
