Yea but you know it sucks to watch everyone else race and know you cant. I will be working all week trying to get all the little stuff fixed on mine. Fixed or not it will be there. I think I have a mustang owner who wants to come to.

I was @ ROB for a validation then I have been working on the car, house and garden. Not going to back out Ihope my old clutch hold up its a RAM 6130 disc with 402 PP it is worn really bad. Got a new ram sitting in the car it is the RACE VDS with a studded billet flywheel. No time to get it in I plan to rebuild the tranny next week, 5th gear is gone!

Bruce, I know about the validation stuff, I'm involved in the same thing. Sounds like your busy!! Too bad you can't get the new clutch in there but if you have to rebuild the tranny I'd wait too!!! What are you replacing in the tranny???? Any upgrades to it??? I ask because I think that my 2nd gear sycros are going. I had even thought about buying another tranny and rebuilding this one for my 73 Firechicken.

Already have the Viper shift fork and carbon fiber block rings My problem is 5th gear only. I bet it is the 5-6 shift fork which is not avalible in iron. I bet it got bent when I missed 3rd and hit 5th hard.
