So, who's got the bragging rights for 2004? Camaro or Firebird?
Enjoy it while you can. The P-car will be back next year will a full supply of whup-ass to keep all the wanna-bee aspirants in their place!
Greetings from a frustrated racer with a lock-up LSD (that stands for limited slip diff and not for the stuff that you think!).

I think that Firechicken took it all. I know that Roy and him were battleing it out all weekend. What the hell are talking about. I don't think there was any one that was comp. for those two and I don't think in the FUTURE you will either. Need to buy a real car(V-8) and stop being frustrated!

Is that a challenge?
To find out what a real car is about, how about your "305" stepping up for a good thrashing (before the real racing begin).

Well if you stayed on the board and read all the posts you would realize that I am set up for the 1/4. I was saying that, in a nice way, that Roy and Val will hand you your a$$ on the course! If you want to run the 1/4, then bring it on.

HOTROD-Do you even know who he is? He is not some troll! He works at the Porsche factory and knows a thing or two about driving from what I've heard. You should ask him what his collection of cars consists of!

Hey, if we are going to start a "p*ssing" contest: I was there on Saturday (#997), not set up for 1/4 mile and ran a 13.166 with a broken LSD.
I did not do the Track/Auto-X bit to prevent further damage to the LSD, but ask Val or Roy if they would bet money on beating me at Track or Auto-X.
So bring it on!

Just trying to prevent any further BS from people signing on and trying to start smack talking at the end of the season. I believe Jack when he says that you are legit! If I rubbed your feathers the wrong way then I am sorry, but I will run you next year in the 1/4. You better be faster than 13.1.

Jack you can never believe every thing that you hear to be true. It doesn't matter how many cars he/she owns. It is how they drive them. It's all in fun and the racing atmosphere. There is always going to be some one faster and has more money than you.

Well Val Got 1st place King of the hill , I picked 1st loser spot.
The break down Of the three events for the KOH went like this.
Long Course
1. Val
2.Me
3. M3 guy
Slalom
1.Val
2.Me
3. Dutch Manta
1/4 Mile
1.Me
2.Val
3. Silver Golf
KOH
1.Val
2.Me
3.Silver Golf
Believe it or not a lot of people never got back with their 1/4 mile times to get them written in. So things got shooked up.
Stef, Today we combine the 2 courses a lap of road course and Slalom For time . People were eating that up especially the Dutch. Think we would have to do that again next time.
Well Today we got Two stangs out there and they gave it their best, but they didn't even come close but they gave it their bloody damn best effort.

Jack, I ran a best of 13.6 @108 on street tires. I think it has more in her but I need to brush up on my 1/4mi skills!! Roy & I lined up for the 1/4 and he stomped me, I miss 2nd gear twice....later on in the afternoon we tried it again and miss 2nd again!!! I guess the Firechick is just bowing down to the Mighty SS in the 1/4!!
2Slow, glad that you made it home ok, wished you could of stayed longer, had a great turn out, maybe next time people will turn in the 1/4mi times to complete the event. Saw a few get frustrated and just leave...too bad as they never really gave themselves a chance.
Overall it was a GREAT turn out for the FBE Cup, it was a good time and I enjoyed every minute of it. Hopefully next time we will have more F-bodies and Mustangs over there.
Squirrlina,
THANK YOU for putting all this together at the last minute for us, it was AWESOME. Hopefully we can keep it going for next year.
Roy, we are going to line them up again.....maybe this time I'll get it into second . are we still going to be on for Hock Ring this month??? Thanks for helping me out with my car this weekend!!
Bruce "WHERE ARE YOU", we where looking for you....J/K, hopefully next time you can work out the gremlins and actually run me instead of backing out due to problems. Until then, I guess the smack talking will continue.....

That's damn impressive. I've never ran the Auto-x. I have always been a 1/4 mile kinda person. I've been racing 1/4 and 1/8 miles since I was 15. No titles like what you have.
