You are right Z28 t-top is top of line as far as importing to Germany thru Opel. A German could go to the states and buy one and send it then he has the hassel with TUV. I bet you a soda that you will have the only 93 and up convertible also at Hockenheim.

I am brave and I say both. Soda bet is, there will not be another Z28 4th gen convertible there. Garry they started importing camaro 3800 convertibles in 98. We are talking about Z28 only on this one.

Bruce, your chances are pretty good I would say ... :) (which - on the other hand - is sad ...)

Try http://www.reiseplanung.de, it'll get you there easily ... just enter your start town and "Hockenheim" as destination ...

Sorry to hear - I suppose much of the fun will be Saturday evening, I assume the ring cruise will be then - anyway, just come on over on Sunday, we'll save a spot I guess (if we do get 30 spaces or so, we should have plenty ... again, prove me wrong ... :))

I'll be there for sure and am looking forward to meeting you guys. I'll probably be bringing 30birdie with me as he doesn't know where to go. (I used to live across the street from the parking/camp ground) I'm going to try to be there around 0900-1000.

Btw, who is going to be there first, and/or who knows where our reserved space will be?I'll probably be leaving here around 7am, which should get me down there maybe by 9:30 ... Would be nice to have a number to call for directions ... or a description ahead of time ...
