... why can't GM do something like that?

Just watched on Top Gear ... the new Mitsubishi Evo 8 ... they are getting more than 400HP (!) out of the 2L (!) engine ... 0-60 in 3.5seconds (!)

Then they put it up against a Lamborghini Murcielargo head to head ... and it virtually stuck to it both corners and straights, even slightly better than the Lambo in the corners ...

OK, apart from that, there are some drawbacks ... 4MPG when pushed, ~60k€ price tag, short service intervals (4500mi), and an awful turbo lag ...

Oh well, looked like fun nonetheless ... ;)

Thats is like $80k right now. Could be $60k again... in some years...perhaps.. ;)

What boost are the running? 42psi? :lol: :roll:

Do some checking on GM's ecotec 4 cyl. They are doing some really phenomenal crap with that little motor.
