You using the red paint on them? I have a can that I am done with, if you need more. I just used a little, so most of it is still un-used.

Ok, everyone has pretty much seen my painted rotors. I am sure everyone has seen some somewhere. The paint is not on the rotor/pad contact surface. It is on the rotor "hat"
So today we learned that if we paint our rotors we do not paint the rotor/pad contact surface. So in not painting this surface we remove the rust and still maintain a good braking ability. If you have any ?'s I will gladly write up a "Painting Brake Rotors 101!"  :):):):)

I found that if you do paint the entire rotor, take off the brake pads. Otherwise they scratch the paint. And it is a pain in the @ss getting them out.
