Jack I owe you a fat apology. Well not really but my thread is misleading. I did post 99 SS for sale and it's not. I didn't even realize it until right now. OMG! 
But she is selling it AS a SS no lie. Her spec sheet said SS as well as her advertisment. Unless she sold the hood and spoiler in which case why I don't know. But on the dash there is no badge of any kind so from that standpoint who know's?

yeah, but imagine how hard it is for me to find a hood and how expensive taking one from the states. so if you see one, i would apreciate it

stock is stock doenst matter from what car
you got stock wheels (y2k), stock hood etc
