On the other hand in the Middle Ages the temperatures were 1-2 °C above the temperatures of today. In January trees were blooming etc. There was winegrowing in England and Ireland. Well, at least that was in Europe, don't know if the temps back then were higher globally... :?

I also cannot disagree, but I prefer it a little on the chilly side, I do not like hot weather. My T/A runs better when the winds are a little chilly.

...It is just the my Scandinavian blood in me :)

I went to Rome during that summer in 03 (sound like an old dude "Back in ought-three, it was hotter than the hubs of hell..") I got such a suntan, you could still see where the straps of my Jesus-shoes were until last summer. It was something like 106 in Italy that year...

Speaking of weather...it's 75 here in sunny San Antonio...tomorrow.

Yes. The roads are horrible as well. Not only bumpy, but of poor quality.

I am spinning the rear tires on dry pavement in third gear all the time.

Temps at night are in the low 40's high 30's F at coldest, winter day time highs are 65-70 F.

The humidity is what will kill me come spring time...as well as the higher temps...

I am hating it.

I hope it gets worse then, because that will be better for me.

I come back towards the end of 2006....Winter....the best time for me to return.

There once was a time when the world was much warmer than it is today...it was called "in the time of dinosaurs". You know what that got us...
