I have a argument with a friend here. I say steve atwater was the hardest hitting saftey, he says ronnie lott. I Wanted to know your opinions and if you remember this clip, this should give steve your vote.

Brutal. They outlawed the clothesline tackle because of him. Not to take away from Lott or Atwater, but this guy was Satan himself.
