Anybody know where to find a Truck and Trailer that I can hire to tow a vehicle to friend to work on for me?

Hertz can't help...waiting on a response from AVIS. I have a number of someone that I can hire to do it for me...but I'd like to keep it as cheap as possible.

Check the crafts shops they usually do it for little cheaper.

Meh...should have clarified that I need to go a pretty damn good it of distance.

My buddy will do it for 400€...I think that if I hired a company the cost could approach 500€. I figure if I rent the vehicle and trailor...with our gas costs I could get it done for around 250€.

Have a close look on the included miles for the truck, my last adventure with the trailer became pretty expensive as only 750ks were included and i drove 1000... ;) The van was about 180EUR (3.5t Mercedes), if i remember right, the trailer 50EUR (from a repair shop, big rentals don´t have trailers... got it for free as i work for them sometimes)

There is a place near Ramstein, check out Ronalds auto agency.
The trailer rent is usually about 50€ a day.
Then somebody I know might be willing to do it for $ instead of €.

From where to where (distance) and when?

I need to take my Syclone up north to my friend's place in Valthermond, NL.

Distance is about 4hrs. Here is the city:

# 1 - truck down/waiting for parts

# 2 - said: not in the weather like this, maybe when snow is gone (sorry, you know US do not all like snow)

# 3 - waiting for answer

I could use my truck, but then it would not be much cheaper: german gas price paid in € and I don't have time before March 19.

-K-...I think the best estimate lies in my friend who I'm bringing the Syclone to.

He offered to do it for 400€ which is probably the best offer I will get. That and his barn is where I am having it towed to...so. I'll suck it up and pay. Seeing is how he is doing the work for free.

I agree. If he is doing the work, he propably is the best choice anyhow.
