BAY CITY, Mich. (AP) -- A 13-year-old attacked an 18-year-old portraying an Easter bunny in the center of a shopping mall, where the costume-clad man was waiting to pose for photos with children, authorities said.
The man was struck with a number of punches Friday night at the Bay City Mall, leaving him with a bloody nose, The Bay City Times reported. The attacker fled on foot, but was later identified.
Authorities plan to ask prosecutors to charge the boy with assault in Bay County Probate Court.
No children were waiting to see the Easter bunny at the time of the attack, the newspaper reported.
