Hm... I have the posters and flyers packed, weeks ago, ready to mail, and I find:
they closed the shop where I used to mail packages out of my town, got to drive downtown PS, but then,
when I get off from work the post office is closed, it is closed Saturdays, it is closed Sundays, it is closed Holidays (today).
wish you said something past weekend, I got the package still in my car, same Jens',
I could have just handed it to you, or you could have picked up as many you want at the registration desk. There are posters and flyers available.

... I still work until after "post-office-closing-hours", and carry around posters in my car.
Next event @ Bitburg go to the registration desk and say:
"Give me Posters and Handouts"
You (and everybody else) will always get as many as you want/need.
