Is there anyone who will be at bitburg this saturday who could let me use their helmet to make a few 1/4 mi passes? I just got my car from the VPC today but my helmet is in my household goods

I gonna need a helmet too. there is somebody that rents them but I don't remember to much about that. and I was gonna ask the same question. but on a diffrent note do you have to wear a helmet when doing the autoX?

This might be a stupid question but I know some of you guys go to every event so maybe you could tell:
Do you think they'd have any rentals first thing saturday morning?

I am picking up a cheap helmet for a friend for the weekend at ATU. Normally they are around 35euros for an open face cheapie. Or you can rent one.

Yes, Silke just got a new Pile before last month's event, so I think anywhere upto Saturday noon/afternoon shouldn't be a problem ...

Where and what is ATU? Does the track require it to be SNELL or anything?
35 Euro would be a good deal.

You just have to have ANY helmet, they will not check any standards like SNELL etc.

ATU is the german version of Pep Boys. You can use that interchangibly with that name. For instance: "Looks like that guy wrapped his car in double sided sticky tape and drove through an ATU store."

they were sold out. but I found one at the real for 40euro will probably go get it in the morning before I head out to bitburg. does anybody now how much it is to rent them and I got a pretty big head. so I might wanna buy my own any ways. see you guys tomorow.
