I have a buyer for the Hawk this is his dream car and he seems to have the money or he can get it. Now I am second guessing myself. This is the best car I ever owned fun ,looks, and so on. But the new one comes with 345HP out the box and it will be a 02 one of the last Hawks made with 1LE. Help.

Dude, get the '02. It's got all the goodies that us pre-'01 guys want, and it is the same car and shiznit. Just make sure that you get some chrome wheels!!

Unless you are finding a real sucker for a buyer, you will not get what it is really worth. Take the extra money and make it have what you want. There are plenty of people doing M6 to A4 swaps, the 2002 goodies can be had for a little cash. I would keep it if I were in your spot...
The only way I would trade mine in would be if the '02s came with the LS6.... Just my opinion...

Save your money and sink it into better mods than 2002 can provide. You know once you get the 2002 your going to put more money into it for mods. I would love to have a 2002 but I sure don't want that payment again. Just my 2 cents.

I say stick with the hawk. Unless you are a weenie and can't step up to the plate. Part of the fun of racing for me is the whole running through the gears concept. The m6 is undoubtedly a LOT more fun to drive. Getting a fast time with an auto is easy. Just my opinion.

Wow I thought you guys would make it easy. I will sleep on it and catching the gears is fun but you can do alot with a auto if you know what you are doing? I may just put a A4 in it. I have read about a M6 in the 10's and I would be happy.

Ok, bump my previous reply, I just wanted to say what you wanted to hear. Keep the damn 'hawk, and just mod the hell out of it!! You can go just as fast, but you must be willing to rip through the gears like a mofo!! I am gonna break this new clutch in slowly, and then I'm gonna rip the scheisser out of it!!

One hundred miles left till I can get on it and see what she can do. I got on it a little bit the other day but with the rain it was a no go. I was doing about 50 and the car broke loose so I figured I would wait for another day to test the car out.

Cool, you don't need no stinkin' '02...
Ryan, what kind of tires do you have??
I try to break loose with these Potenzas, but they stick like a mutha, especially in the rain .

Just keep the hawk.... with the money you'll save you can mod the hell out of it.... I just read an article in this months CAMARO PERFORMERS on how to do the M6 to A4 swap cheap and easy.

If you're getting rid of the M6, you have a buyer!

$200 on which car? You finally come to your senses? Winter is long and you never know what might happen when its raining and snowing outside.

Bring them on. I thought I could get away with that statement? I did not see any IMPORT's registered on the board. I was gonna say Pass me if you can. But I know what that would start. LOL
