Great looking place! Congrats.
I have also been considering purchasing since I will be here for atleast 4 years. Are you US Military? If so, how does the OHA work for it? Also, are you now subject to Germany taxes?
If you've got the time, I think it would be very beneficial to all of us on here if you could kind of log the process. I was trying to get an appointment on base to learn how to buy here, but the person that teaches it is leaving so I am stuck.
I hope I am not being too forward. It is just something I have wanted to work on since I got orders here.
