... and make sure the rearend is as light as possible ...
e.g., by using a Smart with 'busa engine

as far as i recall it was done with a 4wheeldrive sportscar
it could well be that such a car can do quicker ones then a rear drive

yes i figured that much  but why would it help to disable them, thats what i meant.
it's not like doing a burnout, you wouldn't even though the brakes i think
