Hear it is, and hear is the list of crap wrong with it

Head gasket blown and very possibly the heads are warped, The heads have already been shaved once.

Convertible pump doesn’t work so the only way to let the top down is by hand.

All the tires are dry rotted and need replaced.

The seals on the top around the window leak.

It need's a window switch for the passenger side.

The dash is cracked, the driver seat it torn

And now for the mods

It has a slp CAI, Flowmaster muffler, Pro 5.0 shifter.

It also has new brake pads.

I keep asking him the same thing. I would really like to see someone fix this car up. It has potential to be a nice car, I hate to see it like this but it’s not my problem.

Are you sure it is a 96? It has the 97 tail lights. How much for the car?

Aaaaaaah...the pressure. Unfortunate but that's life some times. Hopefully he doesn't go crazy w/ his asking prices. I've got my list ready.

Fuel pump sending unit,
Tranny,
Rear,
Head light brackets
radiator shroud
And a few odds and ends. :)

I'll Keep you all in mind when he sells it to me for $1500. LOL
Here's the kicker...this ride can be fixed for under $2K and sold in Germany for a huge profit. I'd offer him more, but I can only afford just so much. I'm also considering fixing it for him and letting it sit at my house. So much for the pressure. 8)

I told him that I would fix it and sell it and give him $2000 and he said no.

I'm still willing to pay $1500 for it.

I need a project for the winter, but I think they guy is way too upside down on it to even think about my offer...sad. It doesn't look like there are too many cosmetic parts that could be sold, the car has deteriorated something fierce. There is no way I would be willing to buy it for more, just to spend another $2K or more fixing it enough to run (only).
