Just a quick heads-up on Bitburg ...
We're having the 4th anual King of the Hill combination trials, slalom, road course and quartermile ... make sure you show up in time on Saturday for inspection, let Roy & James know you're taking part ...
On Sat evening, we can try to get together for a small BBQ or whatever (guess it's going to be a bit cooler), hopefully Bruce will make it over for a li'l welcome-back-reception (even if it's w/o the Hawk)
On a final note, there might be an F1 car (albeit not current season AFAIK) there for some show/trial runs ... not definite yet, but chances look good ...

Yes Saturday wilbe the busiest day as the slaom and 1/4 mile must be completed and put into the books. For Sunday is the Roadcourse and awards ceremony.
Come early or missout. Racing starts at 10:00 am. If I was a true racer I would have my car sitting in the inspection lane by 7am waiting in line.

What's the road course? How's it different from the autocross?

Going to take the GTO out for a shakedown tomorrow - power steering isn't giving me good vibes....otherwise I might be down for an entry slot

I won't make it since I don't have a car yet, but what is the cost?

Roy, I have some friends of mine coming to Bit who've never been there. Is the AutoX "runnable" all day or is nobody over there when you're doing the KOTH 1/4 mile?
Ben
