I am getting ready to leave so I can not part it out because I wont be here I need to give someone an american power of atterny because it is still in the vechile reg system.

Wish I wasn't deploying on the 6th I would buy it for the engine and trans to put in a build, then part everything else out, except for the seats.

On might people have thrown money together to purchase stuff, and man are you deploying or PCSing?

tough situation. i dont have enough to front to pay for the car in full or i would but i would be more than willing to put up money in a pool with some others and one person take the power of attorney. if you figure anything out or know of a way i can help let me know. ill help ya however i can.

Chris....along with a PA what else would need to be done Leagally to take possession here in Germany?
you said its in the Reg Sys for a US Cit. but how long is your reg for?
Will it need to be registered as "None-op"? If so, with who....Kapuan or German vehicle Reg office, can it even be signed over that way?

I know you want money for it but if we were to go in on a pool for partting it out with highest payer getting the shell we have to think of the leagal stuff. I wish though you could give it to the junkyard here *Ramstein* and then we all could just part it out that way....

I'm not trying to be negative or bust your ball's I just havent seen these isues brought up yet and you say your short on time.

A POA and an agent owner and that's it I dont need any money up front. It is all with kapuan it is allready none op. I am not that worried about how much money what ever just something. The insurance company should get me a big enough settlement. I cont just give it to ramstein junk yard because it is still financed. Give me a call if you have a chance.

It is a 2000 I am leaving saturday I was asking $3200 but I will take some off for dealing with all the crap with the POA.

I know you dont know me from Adam but im willing to do anything you need to help you out. I get back from deployment in 2 weeks. Ill have 17 days off. If you need anything at all let me know b/c i will have time to move around, deal with legal, germans, or whoever. just let me know. your situation sucks man but hopefully everyone on here will do their best to help you out.
