euh well you got me there, i have no idea  although it can't be much bigger in diameter otherwise it would hit the drumbrake hydraulic actuator

Every C-clip eliminator I seen , had a warning not for street or roadcourses. This was due in part to the excessive side loads generated that made the c-clip elimator fail. The two main failures are bearing failure and bearing retention on the axle. Be careful man

Good you mentioned it. What i will do is, to make sure if the bearing retention fails (the halfshaft can only go inwards the diff-carrier) make the end of the halfshaft to be VERY close to the pin (sattelite wheel retentioner) so not much can happen i can do this because i shortend the axletubes, as much as the splines on the moser axles let me.  Thats the best i can do that i can think off ( i don't have a safe feeling with the c-clip setup either)
