Got the smoke grill fired up and just about ready to smoke up some salmon . Later on firing up my char grill and get some steaks and schweine bauch a grillin. What is every body else doing?

Sounds awesome! Wish I was there.....in your backyard  I have not attempted Salmon, but love it when it is done right. Care to share your recipe Roy? Do you use a plank? What temp? How long?

We went over to a friends house from ALS and had a big barbeque. We had a great time!

It will probably be a little while. I can't seem to get away on the weekends right now with our other inspection coming up. The first time I go I would like to just go and watch.
