How about that 93 Z that dynoed 275 RWHP and 310 torque with just CAI and Flows!! He even had a hyper"crap" chip in it! At the Power House (local stang speed shop in OKC) a 2001 Cobra dynoed 257 RWHP and 305 (torque I'm unsure of)

Hmmmmm! ;)

They didnt even make a 2000 cobra because in 1999 the $hit hit the fan because the Cobra's didnt come with the advertised HP. So Ford recalled them and did a "fix", basically they honed the intake, differant exhaust, blah blah, anyway that took to long so there was no 2000 model. Now, it seems that they are down again, at least according to this sad soul in OKC.
Wouldnt really matter though, because with the independant rear, you either get kingsize wheel hop, or a broken independant rear when you drag it. The GT (or Bullit)is the hot ticket for straight line.

Its said, because they finally get a tremac to replace the glass T-5, and now the rear suspension explodes!!!

You can't beat the camaro line it's the best bang for the buck. I've meet more mustang owners that tell me they wish they bought a camaro. It has to suck a cobra cost more than an ss and can't come close to beating it. who know's good old ford.
