Its a beaut 97 Red fully loaded 6speed being sold here on a lot . I remember somebody was interested in one that was on the board.

What!?! The Blue Book for a fully loaded (and I mean everything) 97 SS is only $15,500 ish (depends on miles). Well I will call the guy when I get the #, but that is insane. They may call me Krazy, but I'm not that crazy. I guess I will have to keep searching.

here is the skinny
It has T-tops ,6 speed, full leather(slight wear on drivers seat), The engine is totally virgin. There are no curbshots on the rims and just a couple of chips in the paint on the hood. Best of all it has 14,788 miles on it.

My96Z it actual dealer value is 18,960. My personal value would be 15,000 to 16,460. Its an immaculate car.

I would make an offer just under 15000 thou or wait till after the new when it is a year older.

Yeah, I will call him tonight. $18,000 is just to rich for my blood. I can swing $15,000, but the car has to be mint. It already has leather and T-tops, which I don't want, plus it's red and I prefer silver or white. I will call and see what he says though. Thanx for the help.

It's not looking good for the home team. The place selling it is brokering it for a guy that use to work at the Embassy in Frankfurt. It has low miles because he had 2 other cars and hardly drove the SS. I told them I wouldn't pay more than $15,000 and they said they would send the offer to the guy, but they dought he will except it because he has plenty of time to sell it. I need to call them again later tonight to make my offer official, but I think I am wasting my time. So, I am still looking:)
