I cannot tell you about the specs, but sell yours and get them. You can sell yours for more than the cost of the core......

Yeah, I don't know either, but if that's what you want, and you can't find anyone else to do it, sell 'em and get 'em... You should try to find someone to do it though, 'cause I'm sure it would be hella cheaper..

Those are the same ones I was looking at but can't afford right now. They do not come with the rockers, but they are complete heads. I don't believe any head manufacturer sells heads including the rockers. I would deffinitely recomend them and when I get the money, I will be getting probably those same ones.

Hey man that's a pretty good deal considering the LT4 heads are usually 689.00 a piece and a good port job will cost close to a $1000.00. As far as the rockers go your good you already have the 1.6 rockers on your car. If do get anything get the hardened push rods and new rollers. and that will give you everthing from valves to cam and you'll be straight. Drop me a line if you need anything

As far as I know, bigger is not better when it comes to the CC on heads. The bigger the CC, the less compression you get. You'll have to figure out what size CC will give you what compression ratio with the pistons you have. You don't want to go to high, of course. Unless you want to buy racing fuel all the time.

Chevythunder you hit the nail dead center on that one. Mike thats a true statement on the heads, you want to make sure your car can handle the port i've been talking to quit a few people in the states and I always get the same answer. If you go with the stage 2 port you should be fine the stage 3 is a whole different story it's not streetable. I'm talking about the LT4 from AFR the ones we were looking at in GMHT.

I am definitely buying new ones and selling the old. I want to start fresh. Thanks for the inputs. Ryan, hardened push rods? They were the cheapest ones one thunderracing.com. Are they the best? And you said rollers? What kind? One more thing, AS&M sells a 58mm throttle body and an even bigger monoblade throttlebody. Does the monoblade require anything special to run it, it's huge. Just bigger headers or what? Thanks again guys, Mike
