If I'd have the choice and all that matters were looks, I'd rather take the WS6 ... think it looks meaner ...

SS, without a doubt. It's not even a question. I just think the WS6 looks like overkill. It's just too busy for my taste. The SS looks perfect, especially with the right wheels. Ever since '01, when Roy was behind me on the way to Wiesbaden, I've wished I had ordered one instead of just buying the first Z28 to put me back in my seat. :( :)

I don't think there's a right answer to this one. I agonised for months over which one to buy, weighed it up and realised that I'd never be entirely happy that I'd made the right choice because they both appeal to me. The Camaro is more subtle, nicer curves - a bit like Audrey Hepburn. The Firebird is far more brash and in your face - a complete slut of a car. I think you'd be happy with either. I went for the Camaro and made it less subtle so it's now midway between the two.

I'm w/ Jack on that one. Although the interior is nicer in the WS6. Now if it were a Firehawk then the Hawk would be my choice. I just don't like the 4 inserts to the Ws6 hood. That's where it looks to busy to me. I prefer the 2 big nostrils w/ the Raptor hood. Also depends on what you want to do w/ the car. Ws6's are heavier then the SS. But I swear when I drove George's his felt lighter than mine by 300lbs at least.

Good luck in your decision. Either way you'll be happy w/ a Fbody. What does the rear bumper look like on a Ws6 Euro version anyway? Hate the camaro bumper they put on the German ones here. :fruit:

What do you mean "Euro version of a WS6"??? There is no Euro-WS6 I don't think ... at least in Germany you could never order a V8 Convertible, nor SS or any other SLP-version of an F-Body ... I don't know if that's a thing with Opel in Germany, or if it applies to all Euro-versions ...

I would have to say that I lean towards the camaro but I think people usually tend to like the WS6 because of the mean profile.

Just the camaro.

And I tend of course also to the WS6.
That car simply looks like a threat

I'm not to certain on the LS1's, but the LT1 SS was slightly quicker and handled slightly better but the WS6 was more comfortable. Hey, whatever you'll enjoy being in. :) It's something that you will have to live with every day. If you're unsure, just get both!
Too bad you couldn't rent one of each for a week to see for yourself. :(
