I pulled up next to a white Mustang in the staging lane and he pulled out of the line. I had to go from Mustang to Mustang and beg for a race. It was a Mustang vs. Camaro Shootout, wasn't it?

Just doing the stats from Bitburg ... Bruce, do you know how fast you are? You only ran slightly slower than our SuperGasers ...
Either way, you were the fastest street car there, both trap speed and ET ... there were only three other cars that made it into the 11's, and only one car other than Bruce made it beyond 120mph trap speed ...

It was, as long as the Camaro had 6 cylinders to give them a chance.

Man, I really love how much smack people talk, and then back out as soon as a real challenge lies before them.

Well, actually it started out with the MM asking Silke about doing a Mustang event ... we just extended it a bit, and the smack talk on both boards did the rest ... oh well ... maybe next time ... hey Bruce, ready for some cooked or steamed rice next month?

Hawk,
Eisenach is about 154 miles from Bamberg. It is past Fulda. Takes about 2 1/2 hours to get there because of the back roads. Oh, my solenoid shipped today. I guess Summit had them after all. I will be ready in about a week to do some testing and hopefully no head gasket changing.

Bruce, believe me, if you can't get traction in Bitburg, you sure as h@ll won't get any in Eisenach ... heck, they are even running during rain/wet condition with mostly street cars - don't expect much rubber on that uphill-track ... it's OK to get the ricer street racers off the streets, but not for cars like yours ...
