today i was at the dyno, here are the numbers:
248,5 KW 5270 R/PM
485 NM 4680 R/PM
I´m glad with this numbers, but what i want to ask you is: My engine stopped at 5430 R/PM. Does your LS1 do the same?

My car does the same thing in 5th gear, so I guess it's something like a speed limiter. Rev limiter is set at 6000 (?) I think...

Get a Predator Programmer. It is about $50 more than the Hypertech but you can actually adjust your timing and fuel curves with it. You will also be able to take out the governor. You can order one from T-Byrne.

332 hp at the wheels not. Bad! Will be higher had it not shut off. I don't know the torque conversion though.

248,5 KW = 339 HP at the engine. On the weels it was 262 HP.
Is a predator programmer only for one car, like the hypertech programmer?
Hawk i saw your firehawk in bitburg, wow

JENS
I have the Predator and it works GREAT. Very user friendly and they claim a 10-20hp increase by using their "sport tune" right out of the box. It shouldn't create any problems for you but rather help you to solve them is something goes wrong with the car. I noticed a difference with my car when I used it, very nice machine. I still need to change the rev limiter and top speed....will do that after the cam change I would buy the predator over the Hypertech anyday!

My friend in Hanua just bought a Predator Programmer for his 2002 Camaro SS. He is bringing it down this weekend so I can install his exhaust. I will check out the programmer. If you buy the Predator make sure you get the 160 degree thermostat or you could run into detonation problems when you go to the sport tune. The Predator costs $410 and it is for one car only.

Ok, thank you. I don´t have the money for the programmer yet. At first i must buy new suspension parts, my suspension is terrible for this engine. But i must wait a few month, till i have enough money for buying parts.

Jens,
I have a front sway bar, front springs, rear springs, rear control arms, and panhard bar from a 2002 Camaro SS. The front sway bar is huge compared to the one off my 95 Z28. Are you interested?
