There is no requirement, but it is nice to be able to put faces with names at least once during a 2 or more year stint. If we never see you, that is fine, but it could be a lot of fun. There's only one way to find out if races are worth attending!

Yes, I think I may come one day. I don't have a problem attending. When is a good date to attend? I'll drag some of my German friends along.

Is that next weekend as in the 29th - 31st, or next weekend as in June 5th or 6th?

Not sure. How many people will be there? That is a long drive just for a few people to meet.

Quit lolly gagin and join the fun..........:D

Friedberg is slightly north of Frankfurt, off of A5 ...

Man Hoch....that ain't no long drive! Near Frankfurt? Get w/ Naz and the MM and convoy w/ them. You'll be here lickity split in no time. Anything under 4 hrs isn't a drive that's a short cruise esp over here. I got to Munich in under 4 hrs one time. Now that's haulin azz.

Well I'm biased, so I wont recommend one over the other. I will tell you that the F body crowd isnt pleased with ATI's lack of support over belt slippage. If you ever want to run over 8psi then you will have to find a way around the average tensioner and the 6 rib belt.

Air to air, and air to water have been beat up pretty bad, but go ahead and place you hand on the stove, then blow on it. Did it feel better? Now go ahead and run it under cold water. How about now? The biggest benefit besides my over dramatic demonstration is that with water you can cool the air charge below ambient (much below) with air to air you can never achieve that.

BTW even though the Fbodies are always behind the Blue Ovals as far as FI products, there is a pretty trick methanol system out for the Fords for about 400bux, it wouldnt take much to fab it over. Or if you did go Vortech it wouldnt cost much to get a 3 gallon fuel cell/pump/more heater hose to make a very effective cooler. (thats my plan anyway. I've seen it and it works very well).

Whatever you do, go into it with your eyes open. Buying the kit is about half of the total cost. If you are doing it for oohs, and ahhs buy a underbody neon kit. Forced induction of any kind (nitrous too) will eat up the dollars quick.

This might be a tad late but ATI now has an 8 rib pulley which takes care of the slipping issues. I konw this because my car has it. Just got the D1SC procharger. I like it better than the vortec setup. One plus is the charger works on its own oil system not the cars. TT is just a pain to setup I think. I enjoy my ATI but everyone has to make up there own opinion.

After you put the Procharger on, have you had it dynotested? Also, what other things did you have to change to be able to handle the new power? (i.e. Clutch? Rear End? etc?) At http://proficientperformance.com/Mercha ... rebird_ls1 you will see there is are six different sets. Which one did you get?
