Some guy in a Fbody doing doughnuts in the 1on1 area and a T-top flew off. SSo did he when the ASSCLOWN award with V-DEVICE ?

Well, yeah my t top did not make it home but it was not me
in my car when it happened so. i do get the award,but not cause
i did it,but because i let someone else behind the wheel of my SS.
They saw fit to do a dumb a$$ thing like a doughnut.

Sounds like dood owes you a new set of tires along w/ that the t-top. Rule #1. No one drives the car w/ one exception. They help turn wrenches on the thing. IF not FU. :D

If your not real familiar with T-tops and the way they latch it could happen very easily. Latched and locked is the only way to go. I rember one of the First Fbody cruises , somebody's t-top flew off going down the road.

We almost lost one of our T-Tops while accelerating at about 130kmh. I luckily caught it with one hand, that was pure luck! :lol: we somehow forgot to lock it or smth, hihihi :oops:

I remember that! It was Ray's blue Z28, which now has SS badges. It had marks all down the one side where the glass hit it. :shock: :D

Man why we have to go there? LOL! I just drove the car I had nothing to do w/ teh T-top flying off at 50mph. That sucked though and felt bad for Ray.

Hell, I remember that too! That was close to 4 years ago. Ray had to borrow someone's top that had a garage until his came in...
