Talked to Henni in Wernau about a shop that could fab up some exhausts for american cars.
The shop is a bit far away from me to be the first to test it out. However, Henni gave the guy who owns the shop a call and told him that a bunch of crazy americans were looking to get exhaust work done.
So basically this guy is expecting us if someone wants to check him out.
Here is the info:
HMS Tunning
Markus Handloser
Meerweinstr. 29
79361 Leiselheim
07642-9016-3
Hoping someone checks him out soon so that I can give him a visit to fab up a catback.

I could've done that but I was too lazy. Just figured you had a estimate. No biggie. I'll check it out and let you know how it turns out.

I have a problem, did someone want to contact this guy for me and explain to him that I am looking to get a muffler back exhaust system (as opposed to cat back).
Trying to see if he does this and what the average price would be. Need a good German speaker to call.

The shop I go to also makes custom exhaust systems for all kinds of cars (e.g. Porsche 911, Toyota Supra, American cars...) and they speak English.

Just called your friends Ben, they are saying 5-600 EURO.
Europeans sure like to rip you a new one. All I need are the mufflers and tips I have installed and the piping routed to my bumper.....
In the states that would be no more than $500...

Actually for a custom build system from scratch that's a pretty good price. When you ask http://www.individual-exhaust.de they want something in the area of 1500 Euro.
Oops, OK just read you only want a muffler-back system... hmmm... you're right, this is Europe = expensive...

I wonder how much they would charge for to 90 degree pipes under 1ft in length.
