First, welcome to the area and FBE! Here is the actual regulation. http://rmv.hqusareur.army.mil/190-1/ss190-1.htmPay attention to how the Db level is read. They are currently allowing the level to go beyond the regulation to 95Db. It is measured about 3 feet from the tailpipe at a 45 degree angle (IIRC). The car is then revved to 1/2 redline to take the reading. I can tell you that Kooks LT's w/o cats to a closed Borla will net a 98.8 Db. So, I think you will be vey close and may be able to make it as you are. Some other hot topics are window tint (can't have it on the sid or windshield glass), tire tread (must be above the wear bars with even wear) and ball joints/sterring system. Also, all lights (even fogs) must be operational if they are on the car. Finally, you have to have a good spare and also must get a first aide kit and triangle. Let me know if you need anything else.

Oh yeah, that is so cool that there is a 93 coming in to replace a 93 leaving. SRZ is a 93 and he is on his way out the door (unfortunately). Also, the previous toy that I had here was 93Z that I owned for 5 years. So, i've got the 93 knowledge if you need anything.

Tony! Sup? Follow Brian's advice and you'll be good to go. IF you can throw a cat on there before shipping it'll be even better in helping reduce your DB level. Too bad I'll miss ya but you are in good hands around here.

i have a full exhaust system on there, including a cat. and the link dose not work for me! before i ship the car i'm going to go through it with a fine tooth comb. all my suspension should be good since i did it all about a year and a half ago, but the car has been sitting in my parents garage for the past year. i mainly wanted to know about the exhaust stuff since people are trying to tell me that if i got a after market system i WILL fail.
and thank you for the info!

got another question. one of my friends who is also going to spangdahlem has a newer dodge ram and hes got his exhaust dumped just in front of the rear axle, will he need to either extend it to the rear bumper or kick it out the side?

Absolutely! They won't pass that. Don't just take my word for it though. Get ahold of the regulation. I have no idea why the link won't work for you.

All 3 of my cars that I shipped got some new scratches. 1 was mil shipped and 2 were private. The only other thing I lost was an SS dash plaque and that was through private ship.
