If you are referring to headers it collects the exhaust from the 4 tubes into 1 and then help you hook to a street able exhaust.

From what I have read, the primaries are welded in a collector, but they are not fitted with any provisions for a Y-pipe, That is what you have to weld on. That is a very easy fix.

I ordered the headers and 3inch collector I will let you know if they are welded when I get them.

They will not be welded on, they are slip fit collectors. They are adjustable by sliding them forward and backwards to tune the headers to provide the most HP / torque for your application. They are a "race" header designed to be tuned, but are an excellent choice for the street IMHO because of the low price. It's way too easy to have the collectors welded on if that's what you decide to do.
